US Window & Door is actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are following all recommendations by the local, state and federal governments. We are taking all necessary measures to stop the spread of the virus by adhering to the mandates and guidelines for businesses from sanitizing our offices, facilities and improving our health related policies for in-home interactions, installations and visits. San Diego is our home too and we are here to support the community throughout this time of need.
We are still here and able to conduct work and are doing everything to ensure the safety of our employees and customers in providing our services to the public. Should you feel comfortable for us to carry out our services in your home, we have supplied N95 facemask and latex gloves to our installers, otherwise, you can reschedule your appointments as needed.
All staff including installers are employees of US Window & Door which means we maintain paid sick leave for the entire team. We have instructed our staff to self isolate should they believe or become aware that they have come in contact with anyone not feeling well. Rest assured, the health and safety of our customers and employees are paramount and we are taking extra precautions to ensure a quick resolution to these issues.
During this time of change, we are still provide you a “no-contact” appointment for a quote any time you need it. Simply call our offices and we will arrange for a sales person to visit your home, take rough measurements from the exterior and email you a quote.
Should you need more information on the products, please email or call us so that we can direct you to online resources or setup a video call with our sales team to provide a virtual tour of our offices and products.
All our offices are open for work but will generally be closed to the public. If you require a visit to any of our offices to see some of the products, please reach out so we can schedule an appointment or virtual tour.
As we have also been impacted by the current precautions put in place, we have employees who are unable to work due to childcare requirements. We are also instructing them to stay home if they feel under the weather. That being said, this may also cause delay in some aspects of our operations.
In addition to the precautions we are taking, we ask that you lets us know as soon as possible if someone in your home has been exposed or is exhibiting symptoms and we will assist you in any way we can as we are all in this together.
We will continue monitoring this situation as it develops to make necessary adjustments to care for the well being of all homeowners and all employees.
